Day 39: Numbers 12:1-14:45
Speaking unkindly about someone disappoints God. But, God never stops loving you. Grumbling about what God isn't doing, disappoints God. But, God never stops loving you. Lacking to trust God when life is falling apart disappoints God. But, God never stops loving you. God is snail slow in anger. God is plentiful in love. God's limitless in forgiveness. God's discipline is a showcase of love. God's punishment is a sign that he cares.
God is El Shaddai - Lord God Almighty. God is Jehovah Rapha - The Healer. God is Jehovah Shammah - He is There. God is Jehovah Jireh - The Provider. God is Jehovah Shalom - He is Peace. God is Jehovah Mekoddishkem - The Sanctifier.
When we fully know God, we will fully trust God. We will desire to love him mostly. We will bow in reverence before him without hesitation. We will talk about him everywhere. We will care about what he thinks. We will seek his advice and make decisions based on what he feels is best. We will worship him. We will honor him. We will love him. We will serve him. We will act like him. We will respect him. We will live for him.
God is our refuge...hope...peace...eternity...advisor...comforter...Father!
God is in us. Working on us. Moving us to the place where he needs us to be. Bringing people into our lives to help us, love us, accept us and serve with us. God always knows what he is doing. He never tricks us into doing something that is wrong and he never lies...ever!
God is more than an author, he is the creator of each of us. He has specifically made each of us for his plans and purposes. He hand crafted each of us perfectly and gives each of us gifts, abilities and jobs to do. He never makes junk or mistakes...ever!
God knows our hurts. Struggles. Pains. Illnesses. Grief. Addictions. Sins. God will never turn his back on us; nor will he ever forget who we are and when he made us. He loves us mostly! May we love him mostly!
Remember, Be God Controlled!
